  • What is physical therapy?
    Physical therapy can help patients reduce pain and improve or restore mobility - in many cases without expensive surgery and often reducing the need for long-term use of prescription medications and their side effects.
  • What is occupational therapy?
    Occupational Therapy focuses on the practice of everyday activities in order to improve or restore a person’s capability in the home or workplace to increase independence and resume life roles and responsibilities.
  • Are you a Medicare provider?
    Therapy Choice is a Medicare Part B provider in good standing with Medicare. We are also a preferred provider with Cigna Health Spring, as well as a participating provider in the Veterans Choice Program (VCP). Other insurances that are out of network are called for authorization.
  • Must I be homebound for your services?
    No, you do not need to be homebound to receive our therapy services. We provide care for people in a variety of settings, including hospitals, private practices, outpatient clinics, home health agencies, schools, sports and fitness facilities, work settings, and nursing homes.
